- Free Delivery for all orders above Rs.5000/-.
- Rs.100/- for orders below Rs.5000/- within Maharashtra.
- Rs.100/- for order below Rs.1000/-; Rs.190/- for orders below Rs.2500/-; Rs.280/- for orders below Rs.5000/- outside Maharashtra.
- Order will be shipped within 2-3 working days from the date of receipt.
- It takes 2-7 working days to deliver within India (delivery to metro cities are faster) & 10-15 working days outside India after the product/s is shipped.
- For shipping we are dependent on third party i.e. our shipping partners (courier company). We ship only through reputed courier companies.
- The tracking details of the shipment along with the carrier information will be emailed to you once the product is shipped.
- All the products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging – please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged – in such events we request you to take the photos of the tampered / damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package and return the package back to the carrier. If you accept such a package it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Return / Exchange are not applicable on product/s purchased in Sale or Offer.
- Returns / exchange process must be initiated by you within 24 hours after receipt of the product/s, unfortunately we cannot accept refund / exchange after 24 hours.
- The product/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received in.
- Return / exchange is not applicable for altered products.
- Please note Lace Hut will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to the product/s after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains and other normal wear and tear.
- To initiate a return / exchange kindly email us on email@example.com along with the reason and snap of the product.
- Lace Hut reserves the right to refuse return or exchange if found not valid in such cases the relevant reasoning will be provided to you.
- Once we confirm the acceptance of return / exchange kindly pack the product/s along with the original packing roll and bubble wrap in Tamper Proof Courier Polybag provided with the original order. We will arrange for the pickup through our courier partners. The courier label will be sent by email which is needed to be printed & pasted on the parcel. Please be available at the time of pickup.
- If in case of any area pincode is not serviceable for pickup then the parcel has to be shipped by you at the address mentioned below and email us the receipt of the courier at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the order details. The courier charges will be reimbursed to the customer’s account at the time of refund.
